Tanzania Serengeti Adventure services:
Preparation: Our responsibility and dedication is to take care of you from the time you begin to the time you end your tour. we also spend a good amount of time and logistics preparing for your trip prior to your arrival in order to make your trip enjoyable and memorable.
Arrival: You would be met on arrival at the Airport or Town where your tour begins,
And in most cases be transferred to our office or representative office and briefed about your program, this is also a good time to ask any last minute questions or book your day activities.
Safari and Kilimanjaro leaders: Our local National Tour Guides are well trained and registered, and licensed by the respective authorities according to law of the country.
Our guide some of whom speak multi-languages, will share with you their wealth of knowledge and many years of experience as well as committed to your safety.
We are very proud to say that some of our leaders have been with us since the very day we started our operations. we value their skills, work and treat them with great care.
Game drives: Tanzania Serengeti Adventure own a fleet of specially converted four wheel drive safari vehicles where passenger have excess to open shade roof and guaranteed window seat, giving you the opportunity to view animals at 360 degrees whilst still being safe and protected.
Flexibility: This is a major concern to many of our passengers, however we are proud to say that we could be flexible wherever possible and try our best to advice passengers to adapt to team spirit and caring for one another, to rotate around the vehicle so all passengers could have a similar experience in the vehicle.
Program reviews: After ever completed safari, we summarize the comments and suggestion from previous passengers and review our program wherever possible to the best interest of our customers. we also work hand in hand with several accommodation and flights organizations to make your program more attractive by booking a most convenient flight connection and nearest places to view wildlife whilst at the same time not to compromise the quality of accommodation.
Communication: : All our safari drivers have mobile phones. Mobile phones has made it possible for all of us to communicate at even some remote places,
However most of our fleet of safari vehicles have HF Radio communication, for convenient communication between our office and safari drivers and incase of any emergency.
Vehicle seating capacity: We specialize in maximum 7 paying passengers in each vehicle, thus making it possible for our safari guide to provide personalized services to our passengers.
Evaluation forms: in order to update our services from time to time, we provide a evaluation sheet to help us improve on our program/s, wherever necessary. We really appreciate passengers who take the opportunity to fill in the forms, this would not help us only but help others who would do a safari later, remember it could be that your trip was recommended by those who have traveled before you.
Local communities support: Our Team of dedicated staff are committed to wildlife conservation, environment. We also support a number of schools and villages in remote areas through community work and donations.
Good Attitude: Perhaps the most critical thing to bring with you to Africa is a flexible altitude. Africa is a beautiful and largely undeveloped country meaning Western idea about efficiency are sometimes less developed than we might like. Try to adjust to the pace and slip into "Africa Time". However by visiting our country you would be supporting and contributing towards the economy and employment of its Nationals Citizens and welcome making new friendship.
