Cancellation Policy: All cancellation must be notified in writing to Tanzania Serengeti Adventure and a subject to the following cancellation fees ( subject to changes ) More than 60 days before a tour begin: USD 300 per person 35 to 60 days before a tour begin: 50 % of the tour cost. 34 to 8 days before a tour begin: 75% of the tour cost. 7 to 0 days before a tour begin: 100% of the tour cost. Amendment / re-scheduling fees Between 15 - 60 days before the tour begin: USD 200 per person. All programmes are subject to availability on receiving your confirmation, and in the event we can not confirm the trip, your full deposit will be refunded. Whilst every effort is taken to your safety, we shall not be responsible for any illness, death, injury, or losses and expenses caused by changes in any schedule flight incurred.
